For the last few years I have been cleansing 2x per year - in the spring and just before winter. After doing a bit or research, I've learned that these are the best times to cleanse. Over the last year or so, I've invited my friends to cleanse with me ( misery loves company--lol!)
I have scheduled the fall cleanse for Tuesday October 14th 2008.
Our first call will be held on Tuesday September 14th at 8:00 pm. I will try to record the call in case you are unable to make it.
