This is HUGE. I am down 8lbs...it feels good...but more importantly, I am committed to not losing these same 8lbs again...this Christmas or next.

You've Got To Try this Program!

Well, its day 25 of my participation in the 100 day challenge. I'm one quarter of the way through !! This is the perfect time to check in on my goals to date.

I've set 5 goals and I'm very happy on the progress of all 5. Here the are:

1. To be debt free by the end of the year ( I have a specific amount).
Progress: 15% completed- slightly behind target

2. Meet my life partner.
Progress: great breakthroughs each week on what's been holding me back- on target

3. Strengthen my relationship with God through journal writing and bible reading.

4. Decrease my fasting blood sugar level to .050.
Progress:exercise going well, sugar consumption- still challenging

5. Write 120 pages of my devotional book.
Progress:on target.

It's been a series of baby steps each day coupled with radical changes in my thinking. There have been so many limiting beliefs that have kept me from reaching my goals.

The more I learn who I am in Christ the more my confidence increases that I can do all things through him.

I can do everything through him who gives me strength~ Phil. 4:13.

Yours in Faith and Fitness,

Cathy

P.S. I strongly encourage to sign up for this program for the new year.
