It's A New Season

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

~ Alan Cohen

As the seasons change, so do the seasons of our lives. The difference for us, however is our constant battle with the changes taking place in our lives. We cannot pay lip service to the idea of change; whether or not we choose to accept it, times change, people change, we change - change happens. It's our duty to prepare and equip ourselves for every new season of our life and not just accept it, but embrace it with an open mind and a steadfast heart.

You cannot live your best life if you're waiting for someone to take you back to what used to be - those times are now behind you. Now is the time to embrace the enormous amount of possibilities that lie before you, believing that the seasons ahead will yield far more than those you've already passed through. Dare to step out in faith into this new season of your life for there is no fulfillment in living within the realms of "safety". Live your life to the fullest and enjoy the seasons ahead.
