I’m Finally Sharing my Secret Routine!

This year I’ve been doing high intensity circuit training with my clients and they have been experiencing phenomenal results. Within very short periods of time they have:

  • Lost vast amounts of weight
  • Revved up their metabolism
  • Improved their cardiovascular endurance
  • Restored their energy
  • Transformed their bodies

Circuit training combines the muscle-building effects of weight training with the fat burning-effect of aerobic exercise to give you the perfect workout in the minimum amount of time. It involves moving through a number of exercise ‘stations’ while performing a variety of cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises.

There nothing better for quick fat-burning and strength building than circuit training.

The world renowned Fitness Institute in Dallas, Texas has this to say about circuit training: ‘It’s the most scientifically proven exercise system. It's time efficient and incorporates strength, flexibility and cardio in the same workout.’

Gone are the days of spending hours in the gym working out on the Stair-master, then the treadmill, then the machines, followed by weights. These days, we’re far too busy and knowledgeable for those types of inefficient and boring workouts

Exercise of the Week

Exercise Description:

Oblique Bridge

Muscles Worked:

Core (obliques)

Instructions:
1. Start by getting into a lateral plank pose with your hips off the ground.
2. Your only ground contact points should be your feet and elbow.
3. Holding this position raise your outside leg keeping it straight until you reach full range of motion.
4. Return your leg to the starting position and repeat for the desired repetitions.
5. Switch sides and repeat.
